You just learned the basics. Now you are ready for true virtual reality. Now you are ready for Second Life. Your SECOND LIFE. You are used to being what your program says you can be, and this is supposed to be fun! Now you can be whatever you want to be. Absolutely anything! Want to be a soldier, a medieval warrior, angel, devil, movie star, a vampire? Why be a soldier? Why not start your own army? Want to be a vampire? Then start your own family of vampires. Want to be a clothing designer? There is no limit to what you can do. You could even sell your designs in the real world. Be what you want to be! The list is endless!. Second Life is the most advanced virtual world online today. You can do practically anything here that you can do in real life, and some things you can't do in real life, like flying. There are an incredible number of things to do in Second Life, but there are also many things you need to learn in order to enjoy "Your second life". You do not need to learn all of it at once, but it helps greatly if you have a certain amount of knowledge when you start. We are going to prepare you to enter your second life. You will receive all of the basic knowledge you need to get your full enjoyment right from the first moment you enter this new world. Joining Second Life is free. Entering this world is like getting off a train in a new city with no hotel reservation. You will not know anyone and you will not have a place to call home.
